Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. William Hedden of Hedden Plastic Surgery is Spa Iroko's medical director and maintains a satellite office at the spa. Dr. Hedden hosts cosmetic surgery consultations, adminsters injectables and performs laser procedures at Spa Iroko. He performs many other procedures at his office in Birmingham, Ala.
